in Promise of the Day

Today’s promise is Philippians 1:6:

“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

The Potter's Hands

My home is filled with projects I began with every intention of finishing. But, life happened and my attention was drawn elsewhere, or I grew weary of the task and needed a break from it. Thus, my house never seems to get completed. I am so thankful God is not like that! He never tires of His work in us. He never gets bored or distracted. Even when we are overwhelmed by the tasks He assigns us, He keeps working, and will never stop until we are complete in Him. This is the passion He has for His temple. Our God is truly an awesome God!

Heavenly Father, You are amazing! Thank You for Your sovereign hand in every detail of my life. Thank You for never giving up on me, even when I give up on myself. Help me to yield to Your craftsmanship, knowing You are making something beautiful of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Have a victorious day in The Lord!
